Deep-fried scallop mantles

How to make it

  1. Rinse the scallop mantles with water after rubbing them with salt to remove dirt.
  2. Place the scallop mantles on a plate, drain the moisture with paper towels, mix in A, and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add flour, potato starch, and mayonnaise, mix well, and fry in oil over medium heat until golden brown; then it's ready to serve.
