Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Scallop in the Shell ・・・2
  • Sake ・・・ 2 teaspoons
  • Soy sauce ・・・ 1 teaspoon

How to make it

  1. Open the scallops and remove the flesh from the shell (both sides).
  2. Heat. When it starts to bubble, pour in sake and wait for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce and it's done when it starts to smell savory.
