Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Scallops (for sashimi)・・・5-6 pieces
  • Warm rice ・・・1.5 cups
  • A Vinegar ・・・ 2 teaspoons
  • A Sugar ・・・ 1 teaspoon
  • A Salt ・・・ 1/4 teaspoon

How to make it

Preparation
Add 2 teaspoons of A vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to warm rice. Mix as if cutting with a rice scoop.Cover with a damp dishcloth to cool.
  1. Insert a knife into the scallop from the side and open it without cutting.
  2. Combine the vinegared rice (about 15 g each) and the scallops.
