Scallop ahijos

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Boiled scallops or scallop adductor muscle・・・6 pieces
  • Garlic・・・1 bulb
  • Shiitake mushrooms・・・4 pieces
  • Cherry tomatoes・・・6 pieces
  • A Olive oil・・・8-10 tablespoons
  • A Salt・・・1/3 teaspoon
  • A Chili pepper・・・1 piece
  • Black pepper・・・To taste
  • Baguette・・・As needed

How to make it

Preparation
Thaw the scallops.
  1. Trim the stems from the shiitake mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Peel the garlic. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a small frying pan, add A: 8-10 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/3 teaspoon of salt, 1 chili pepper, and the garlic, and simmer over low heat for 4 minutes.
  3. Add the shiitake mushrooms and simmer over low heat for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add the scallops and cherry tomatoes, cook briefly, and season with coarsely ground black pepper.
  5. Serve with baguette for dipping.
