Scallop carpaccio

Ingredients

  • Scallops (for sashimi)・・・5-6 pieces
  • Red onion・・・1/6 piece
  • Cherry tomatoes・・・3-4 pieces
  • Baby leaf greens・・・A handful
  • A Soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice・・・1 tablespoon each
  • A Yuzu kosho (or wasabi)・・・1/4 teaspoon
  • A Salt, black pepper・・・A pinch

How to make it

  1. Please prepare your favorite vegetables.
  2. Slice the scallops into thirds.
  3. Thinly slice the red onion and soak it in cold water with the baby leaf greens to make it crisp. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
  4. Arrange step 1 in a dish, and scatter the drained salad and tomatoes on top.Mix the ingredients A: 1 tablespoon each of soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of yuzu kosho (or wasabi), and a pinch of salt and black pepper, then drizzle over the salad.
